Recently a women from California have got a ticket which is believed to be first ticket for wearing Google glasses while driving as she was wearing Google glasses. This subject is debatable because California Laws says that one must not drive if there is a monitor visible to the driver and there must be no screen visible to the driver. The reason for this is distraction caused by the screen.
However Google Glasses can also be used for mapping and GPS purposes and if a person is browing maps then there should be no ticket given. In coming days it may become a debate because as more and more people will be getting tickets then it have to be made clear that if Google Glasses should be permitted while driving or not and drivers will be instructed accordingly.
